GUSTO ITALIANO Returns For Third Year

From now until October 9, get your fix of all things Italian at Gusto Italiano. The gastronomic festival, now in its third consecutive year, celebrates the continental cuisine through partnerships with international culinary bigwigs, established restaurants and cooking workshops.

Fancy digging into a meal showcasing the rich gold roe of the spiky sea urchin? Over at fine-dining restaurant Gattopardo, executive chef Lino Sauro highlights the creamy goodness over a six-course meal, mixing it up with dollops of orscetra caviar, and in capellini pasta with purple Sicilian prawns.

The festival is also a chance to witness the skills of chefs from abroad, like Anthony Genovese from two Michelin-starred Il Pagliaccio restaurant in Rome. Chef Genovese will hold court in Dolce Vita restaurant in Mandarin Oriental, Singapore, from now until October 3, where he will present a degustation menu for lunch and dinner, along with a one-night-only wine dinner on October 3.
